Hackpen White Horse
This small painting shows the White Horse chalk hill figure at Hackpen near Swindon in Wiltshire. It was painted in May, at a time when the cow parsley makes foaming breakers along the road, my favourite time of year.
Not currently for sale, it can be viewed and purchased at Made in the Pewsey Vale Gallery Summer Exhibition from 12th to 29th August 2026.
It comes in a cream wooden frame and is ready to hang.
