All paintings are created using Artist Grade oil paints.
All artworks are dispatched free to the UK mainland. Enquire for postage rates overseas.
Artworks are very carefully packaged so that they arrive safely. We have over 20 years experience of shipping artworks around the world, so you can be confident that your piece will arrive in perfect condition.
You have 30 days to return your artwork if not delighted. You will be refunded the full purchase price once we have received the painting in good condition. The buyer is liable for return postage.
For international returns, customs fees or import duties are also the customer's responsibility.
If paintings are unframed it is sometimes possible for us to frame them for you, a variety of frame styles are available. Please enquire if you are interested.

Is my painting framed? If not, can I hang it on the wall?
Check the listing, it will say if the painting is framed or not. If not, you can choose whether you want us to frame it for you at extra cost. Unframed paintings on canvas will be sent with full hanging hardware so they are ready to hang as they are.
How long will it take my painting to arrive?
We aim to dispatch every item within 3 working days, and you should receive it within 2-3 days of dispatch. If you need it fast, let us know, we will try to help!
If you want us to frame your painting for you, it can take up to 10 days to dispatch.
Can I have a Certificate of Authenticity?
A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every purchase
How do I take care of my painting?
Oil paintings are very robust and can last for centuries! They are not prone to fading, although it's probably best to keep them out of very strong light. They will be happy hanging above a fireplace or radiator, if at a reasonable distance from the heat source. Dusting is usually all they need, although the frames may be wiped with a damp cloth.
What if I change my mind?
Not a problem. Just send it back carefully packed and we will refund your money when we receive the painting in good condition. See our policies for terms.
