I've been experimenting with small brushes, as I had some small boards and in this case a small subject. When the children were very young I bought them each a little cactus which had a pair of googly eyes - a very inappropriate gift for a child as the spines are lethal (I kept them in a safe place and it was only myself that got spiked.) This one still has one eye, the other possibly being deep inside the plant. I thoroughly enjoyed painting this, especially the spots. Currently Unframed, contact us for framing options.
